The client

Two Tomorrows, a global sustainability consultancy, was formed through a merger. To help two organisations become one, they needed an information solution that would help them effectively share information amongst their team of over twenty experts across the world. For this, they came to Haplo.

The brief

Before Two Tomorrows could begin to work as one company, they needed to integrate and share the contact details of the thousands of people that both companies worked with.

Previously, contact details were spread between different systems, on different spreadsheets and sometimes only known by individual team members. For Haplo, the challenge was to get this valuable information all in one place and accessible by everyone.

The experience

The unique design of the Haplo platform means it’s not just a contacts library. The team at Two Tomorrows can see the connections between contacts, such as who works in the same company and who introduced them to whom. They can even record who spoke to a contact, set alerts to get in touch with someone in the future and track prospects through an easy to use sales pipeline. All this in one easy to use system.

To make things even simpler, Haplo contacts synchronise with Outlook, so there was no need to change the tools they used on a day to day basis. Sending emails and synchronising contacts to their mobile phones was exactly the same.
