We’re looking for a reliable and super-organised Office Manager to support our growing team. You’ll be supporting our technology company at an exciting time of rapid growth.

This is a great opportunity for a responsible all-rounder looking for a part-time role.

As our Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping the team working effectively, with a wide range of responsibilities:

Human Resources

Assist with advertising new roles, filtering applications, and arranging interviews. Ensure contracts are prepared and inductions arranged for new employees. Arrange quarterly and annual review meetings for all staff.


Ensure invoices and receipts are sent to our bookkeeper on time each month. Track quotes, Purchase Orders, invoices and payments from clients. Ensure payroll and pension payments are made on time each month, and payslips distributed. Submit VAT returns and payment each quarter.

Facilities management

Keep office sundries stocked. Manage a small number of desk rentals to freelancers. Be responsible for all health and safety matters. Coordinate any building maintenance work. Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices.

Personal Assistant

Book travel and accommodation. Coordinate diaries. Organise team socials. Proof-reading. Answer the phone and greet visitors. And any other suitable tasks as required by the business.

You’ll be working in a spacious, light-filled office in a new business development in Brockley.

You’ll need:

You don’t need experience in all the areas covered by this job, but experience in at least one would be useful and a can-do attitude to learn the rest. This could be a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their company management skills.
