Haplo is designed to work with any standards compliant web browser, and be generally accessible with assistive technologies.
We guarantee all features will be available on the following web browsers:
We recommend you use Google Chrome for optimal performance and user experience.
Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8 are partially supported (see below).
Our aim is universal compatibility. If you have problems with the current version of any other web browser, please contact Support through your Haplo, and we’ll do our best to help.
Internet Explorer 7 and 8 are partially supported. In particular, the visual appearance won’t be as good as it would be on a modern browser.
Due to the age and poor quality of Internet Explorer 6 (IE6), we recommend you avoid using it. Haplo is tested on IE6 as we recognise that our clients may occasionally need to use Haplo on a computer which only has IE6 available. However, we do not support it as a browser for day to day use, and the visual appearance will be impared.
If you regularly use Internet Explorer, please consider upgrading to a modern browser.
